摘 要:以气冲-气水联冲-水冲为反冲洗方式、反冲洗周期为4d的工况对核桃壳、陶粒填料曝气生物滤池(BAF)进行反冲洗,确定气、水冲洗强度分别为0.4、22.89mL/(m2·min),监测不同时间下的浊度、氨氮和能耗来研究BAF反冲洗特性。结果表明:(1)核桃壳和陶粒BAF反冲洗后出水中,影响氨氮去除率、浊度的最大因素均为气冲时间;影响能耗的最大因素为气水联冲时间。(2)综合考虑各因素对评价指标的影响,确定核桃壳BAF最佳反冲洗参数为气冲时间3.0min、气水联冲时间4.5min、水冲时间4.0min;陶粒BAF最佳反冲洗参数为气冲时间3.0min、气水联冲时间3.0min、水冲时间4.0min。Determined the backwashing way were air backwashing,air-water backwashing and water backwash- ing. It carried out backwashing every 4 clays in a certain intensity of air backwashing strength was 0.4 mL/(m2 · min) and water backwashing strength was 22.89 mL/(m2 · min). In order to investigate the BAFs backwashing character- istics, analyzed for effluent turbidity, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and energy consumption in different time. The results shows that: (1) in the effluent of walnut shell and ceramsite BAFs after backwashing, the main factors that affect the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and turbidity were air backwashing time. However, the biggest factor influencing energy consumption was air-water backwashing time. (2) Considering the influence of various factors on the evaluation index,it was indicated that walnut shell BAF optimistic condition as follows., single air backwashing time was 3.0 min,air-water backwashing time was 4.5 min and water backwashing time was 4.0 mint ceramsite BAF backwashing optimistic condition as follows:single air backwashing time was 3.0 rain,air-water backwashing time was 3.0 min and water backwashing time was 4.0 min.
