摘 要:文章对山羊绒纤维进行高温汽蒸处理后,进行部分性能和结构的测试,探究高温汽蒸处理对山羊绒纤维性能和结构的影响。测试结果显示:山羊绒纤维随着蒸汽温度的升高,纤维回潮率增大,纤维直径也基本呈现增大的趋势,且直径CV值也增大,山羊绒纤维的强伸性能下降,但是下降幅度不大。红外光谱图谱显示:经过高温汽蒸处理山羊绒纤维的化学基团种类没有变化,XRD曲线的衍射峰强度降低,衍射峰宽化,衍射峰位置2θ略减小,纤维表面的鳞片层受到一定程度的破坏,鳞片前缘的突出物明显减少。Cashmere fiber is subjected to high-temperature steaming treatment, the part of the performance and structure is tested to explore high-temperature steaming treatment on cashmere fiber properties and structures. The results show that: cashmere fiber with steam temperature, the fiber moisture regain increased fiber diameter basically showing an increasing trend, and the diameter of the CV value increases, tensile properties of cashmere fiber of decline, but decline marginally. IR spectra shows high temperature steaming cashmere fibers do not change the type of chemical group, XRD diffraction peak intensity curve decreases, the diffraction peak width of the diffraction peak position 20 slightly reduced scale the surface of the fiber layer by a certain degree of destruction projection, the leading edge of the scales significantly reduced.
