摘 要:生物酶不稳定且易于失活,因此在处理大麻纤维过程中脱胶效果比较差,对大麻的可纺性有很大的影响。文章尝试在生物酶对大麻纤维煮练时加入非离子表面活性剂,经研究发现,非离子表面活性剂的使用有利于减少生物酶处理大麻纤维时间,同时提高了它的预处理效果,增强了大麻纤维的可纺性。所用的生物酶为纤维素酶和果胶酶,非离子表面活性剂为PEG4000、PEG6000、Tween20、Tween80。实验表明:非离子表面活性剂协同纤维素酶-果胶酶处理大麻纤维与纯酶相比有着显著的促进作用,并且通过对纱线的减量率、白度、断裂强力以及上染百分率的综合比较可以得出PEG6000的促进效果最好。Enzyme is unstable and prone to inactivation, therefore in the treatment of hemp in the process of linen roving degumming effect is poor, spinnability of hemp has a great influence. This paper tries to against the hemp roving scouring enzyme adding non-ionic surface active agent. The study shows that non-ionic surface active agent is helpful to reduce the use of enzyme treatment hemp roving time, at the same time it improves its pretreatment effect, enhances the spinnability of the hemp roving. Enzymes used in this study for cellulase and pectinase, non-ionic surfactants for PEG4000, PEG6000, Tween20, TweenS0. Through experiments showed that the non-ionic surfactant synergistic eellulase-pectinase processing hemp roving compared with pure enzyme has a more significant role in promoting, and through the study we can know to a certain extent the weight loss ratio of yarn, whiteness, breaking strength and dye uptake has a lot of improvement. The results show that PEG6000 has the best promotion effect.
