摘  要:内蒙古某铅锌银矿原矿品位低,试验研究在工艺矿物学的基础上,对可能影响选矿指标的因素进行了分析,结果表面,方铅矿与闪锌矿形成复杂的镶嵌关系,不利于铅锌的分离,闪锌矿平均含有6.86%的Fe,将影响锌精矿品位。试验研究确定了采用铅锌硫优先浮选的选矿工艺,采用该工艺获得的铅精矿中含Pb 60.92%、回收率为88.24%,含Ag 3 109.12 g/t、回收率为64.76%;锌精矿中含Zn 45.83%、回收率为87.47%,含Ag 223.00 g/t、回收率为15.51%;硫精矿中含S 43.89%、回收率为70.60%。The influencing factors of dressing performance of a low grade lead-zinc-silver ore in Inner Mongolia are gained based on process mineralogy results which contain the low grade of valuable elements,complicated relationship of galena and sphalerite,and the high iron content of 6. 86%. Beneficiation experiments study on separation galena from sphalerite to improve the metal recovery rate have been carried out. According to the mineral processing test results,the scheme of preferential flotation of the lead and zinc sulfur were determined. And the lead concentration is obtained with 60. 92% lead content and the recovery rate was 88. 24%,3 109. 12 g/t Ag content and recovery of64. 76%,the zinc concentration with 45. 83% zinc content and the recovery rate was 87. 47%,223. 00 g/t Ag content and recovery of 15. 51%,the sulfur concentration with 60. 92% sulfur content and the recovery rate was70. 60%.
