摘  要:在再热器管壁不超温的前提下提升再热蒸汽温度是当前的一项重大课题。本文以1 000 MW二次再热机组塔式锅炉为研究对象,阐述了在提升再热蒸汽温度的同时保证管壁不超温的优化调整思路,即将2层再循环烟气水平摆角由对冲布置调整至下层再循环烟气水平摆角正切最大、上层正切居中,燃尽风水平摆角由无序布置调整至对冲布置,磨煤机组合运行方式由ABCDEF方式运行调整至ABCDE方式运行。优化调整后,额定负荷下,高/低压再热蒸汽温度由调整前的603.4℃/601.4℃提高至612.5℃/612.7℃,提升效果明显。但受限于管屏间吸热偏差,两侧管壁温度均存在低值,壁温最高点和最低点偏差改善并不明显。建议采取节流圈或受热面改造的办法,增加壁温低点的吸热量或降低壁温高点的吸热量。On the premise of keeping the reheater tubes' wall temperature in the designed range, increasing the reheat steam temperature is a very important project. By taking a 1 000 MW double reheat unit tower type boiler as the research object, this paper elaborates the method for metal temperature optimal adjustment while the reheat steam temperature is improved, in which the hedge arrangement of two horizontal layers of flue gas recirculation angle is adjusted to the layout scheme that the lower recirculation horizontally offset tangent is the maximum and the upper tangent center, meanwhile the SOFA horizontal pendulum angle is regulated from disorderly arrangement to hedge arrangement, the mill operation mode combination is adjusted from ABCDEF to ABCDE. After the optimization, under the rated load, the high pressure/low pressure reheat steam temperature increased from 603.4 ℃/601.4 ℃ to 612.5 ℃/612.7 ℃, the effect is obvious. However, limited by the heat absorption deviation between tube bundles, the temperature of both sides of the tube wall is low, and the improvement of difference between the maximum and minimum wall temperature is not obvious. It is suggested the method of reforming the throttling ring or heating surface be adopted to increase the heat absorption at the low point of wall temperature or to reduce the heat absorption at the high point of the wall temperature.
