摘 要:招金北疆矿石中金的嵌布粒度以显微和次显微呈现,同时含砷含碳含自然金,属难处理矿种。原来的浮选工艺效果不好,本研究在原浮选工艺基础上进行优化改良,对影响回收率的各种因素进行深入地研究。在条件试验的基础上,确定了最佳试验条件。试验研究表明,在p H为6.5的情况下,采用一优一粗一精三扫一重的工艺流程大大提高了矿物的分选能力,获得金精矿中金的品位达到43.00 g/t,精矿回收率达到91.88%。相比原来的工艺,金得到更好的回收,极大地提高了企业的经济效益。The gold in Zhaojin Beijiang gold mine exists as micro and sub micro gold, as well as arsenic-containing and carbon-containing natural gold, which is very difficult to be treated to recover valuable gold. The original flotation process cannot achieve a good recovery rate. In this paper, an improved flotation process was given out and relative influence factors were discussed. The new flotation process took advantage of preferential flotation of easy-to-floating gold one, and then made use of one roughing-one concentrating-three scavenging flowsheet, combined with spiral sluice separation to recover residual gold. Based on the flowsheet, the optimal reagent system was determined. By using the sodium carbonate as regulator, the copper sulfate as activator, the sodium isoamylxanthate as collector, and terpenic oil as frother, a gold concentrate with grade of 43.00 g/t and recovery of 91.88% was obtained, greatly increasing the gold recovery.
