摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈和问卷调查等方法,以陕西省4个地级市所辖的124个草根体育组织为调查对象,对其组织管理、经费收支、人员构成、活动内容与时间、场地设施与环境以及专业指导等情况进行了较为深入的调查,并根据当前草根体育组织普遍存在的一些困难和问题,提出了放松注册条件、重视城市科学规划与建设、建立社区组织管理与指导平台、创建多元化的经费筹措机制、加强对组织核心人物的指导与培训等一系列管理创新的手段与方法,以促进陕西省草根体育组织的健康发展。By means of literature review, interview and questionnaire survey methods, 124 grass-roots sports organizations in four cities in Shaanxi Province are established as the research object. Investigation was accordingly conducted into their organization management, financial, personnel, activities and time, facilities and environment and professional guidance. According to the some of the difficulties and problems of the current grassroots sports organizations, proposals are raised as to relax the conditions of registration, to pay attention to scientific city planning and construction, the establishment of community organization management and guidance platform, to create a diversified financing mechanism, and to strengthen the organization core guidance and training management innovation mode and means, in order to promote the healthy development of grassroots sports organization.
