摘  要:LEA蛋白(late embryogenesis abundant proteins)是一类胚胎发育晚期种子中大量富集的蛋白,在植物抗逆过程中起重要作用。目前,白桦的全基因组测序工作已经完成,在此基础上,本研究根据已报导的拟南芥抗逆相关LEA基因,从白桦全基因组序列中鉴定出13个与这些抗逆LEA基因同源的白桦LEA基因。并进一步利用qRT-PCR方法研究这些LEA基因对盐胁迫的表达响应,从而鉴定出在白桦响应盐胁迫过程中起作用的LEA基因,这些盐胁迫响应的LEA基因将为白桦的抗性育种及抗逆分子生物学研究提供帮助。Late embryogenesis abundant (LEA) proteins are accumulated during the last period of seed development, and also play important roles in abiotic stress tolerance of plants. Recently, the sequencing ofwhole-genome ofBetula platyphylla Suk. has been completed. Based on this work, 13 LEA genes that are highly similar with the stress tolerance LEA genes in Arabidopsis were cloned from B. platyphylla. In addition, the LEA genes that are in response to salt stress were fin-ther identified using qRT-PCR. The LEA genes involving in salt stress will be the good candidate genes in genetic approaches for breeding salt stress tolerance in plants and this study could be helpful for study of the stress tolerance mechanism of LEA genes in depth.
