基于微信的互联网医疗对支气管哮喘患者控制效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信的互联网医疗对出院支气管哮喘患者控制效果的影响。方法将115例哮喘患者随机分为对照组56例和试验组59例。对照组采用常规的延续性护理,试验组采用基于微信的互联网医疗为患者提供延续性护理,比较两组患者出院3、6、12个月的哮喘控制测试(ACT)水平、吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)治疗依从性、肺功能及患者满意度。结果试验组出院3、6、12个月的ACT水平、ICS治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组出院3个月肺功能监测结果 FEV1、PEF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而出院6、12个月试验组肺功能均高于对照组(P<0.05),且患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的互联网医疗可以提高哮喘患者的ACT水平、ICS治疗依从性和肺功能,并有助于提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the internet based health care for patients with bronchial asthma after discharge based on WeChat influence of control effect.Methods Selected 115 patients with asthma divided into control group （56 cases）and experi- mental group （59 cases）.The control group used routine nursing care and the experimental group receive the internet based on WeChat＇s health care for patients to provide continuty of care.The 3,6,12 months of ACT level,lCS treatment compliance,pul- monary function and patient satisfation were compared between the two gruops.Resuits The ACT level and the ICS treatment com- pliance of the experimental group were better than that of the control group at 3,6,12 months（P〈0.05）;there was no significant dif- ference in FEV 1 and PEF between the two gruops in the 3months of discharge （P〉0.05）;the lung function of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in 6,12 months （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Internet health care based on WeChat can improve the level of ACT, ICS treatment compliance,lung function of bronchial asthma patients, and help to improve the the patients＇ satisfaction.
