摘 要:目的采用计算机认知辅助系统干预卒中偏瘫后认知障碍患者,并观察卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能与认知障碍恢复之间是否存在相互促进作用。方法将卒中偏瘫后认知障碍患者40例随机分为认知干预组和对照组各20例,干预前后分别采用认知障碍治疗仪ZM3.2系统的评估量表评定认知功能和Fugl-Meyer运动量表评定肢体运动功能。通过计算机辅助认知干预配合患者肢体运动康复训练前后的治疗效果。结果干预前,2组认知功能评分及Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评分、生存质量评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,2组认知功能评分及Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评分、生存质量评分均较前升高,且认知干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论计算机认知辅助系统有助于改善卒中偏瘫后患者的认知障碍程度,且偏瘫患者肢体运动功能与认知障碍恢复之间可相互促进。Objective To observe whether there is a mutual promotion effect between motor function and cognitive impairment in stroke patients with hemiplegia after stroke by using the computer cognitive assistant system.Methods The cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into 40 cases of intervention group and control group of 20 cases,the treatment of cognitive im- pairment by ZM3.2 system were used before and after the intervention assessment scale cognitive function assessment and Fugl- Meyer scale assessment of limb movement function.To compare the therapeutic effect of the patients with physical exercise and reha- bilitation training before and after rehabilitation training.Results Before the intervention, 2 groups of limb motor function cognitive function score and Fugl-Meyer score, quality of life scores showed no significant difference (P〉0.05);intervention,limb movement function of 2 groups of cognitive function score and Fugl-Meyer score, quality of life scores were higher than before, and the cogni- tive intervention group was higher than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Computer aided system is helpful to improve the degree of cognitive impairment in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and can promote the recovery of motor function and cognitive im- pairment in patients with hemiplegia.
