护理干预对消化内科静脉输液脱管现象发生率及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析护理干预对消化内科静脉输液脱管现象发生率及护理质量的影响。方法从我院2013年10月至2015年10月期间消化门诊静脉输液患者中选取60例作为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用人性化护理干预,分析两组静脉输液脱管现象发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率(93.33%)明显优于对照组(70.00%),观察组不良事件发生率(10.00%)明显低于对照组(50.00%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床护理前,两组患者对护理工作的总评分无显著差异(P>0.05),临床护理后,观察组患者对护理工作的总评分(17.42±2.03)明显高于对照组(9.16±1.86),且临床护理后,观察组患者对护理工作总评分上升幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预能够有效减少静脉输液脱管现象等不良事件的发生率,且有助于提高门诊护理质量,改善护患关系,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the analysis of nursing intervention on the digestive internal medicine intravenous infusion pipe of incidence and the influence of nursing quality.Methods From October 2013 to October 2013 during digestion in the outpatient intravenous infusion patients to select 60 patients as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group（n= 30）and control group （n=30）, the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, the observation group were treated by humanized nursing intervention ,compared two groups of patients with venous transfusion pipe of incidence and nursing satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of observation group care （93.33%）was better than control group （70.00%）,the incidence of adverse events （10.00%）of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group （50.00%）, comparing the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）;Clinical nursing,the total score of two groups of patients to nursing work had no significant difference （P〉0.05）,no statistical significance,clinical care,observation group of patients to nursing total score （17.42± 2.03） obviously higher than that of control group（9.16 ± 1.86）, and clinical nursing, the observation group of patients to nursing total score rise significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention can effectively reduce venous transfusion pipe of phenomena such as the incidence of adverse events,and help to improve the quality of outpatient nursing, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
