朱良春泄浊化瘀法治疗痛风性关节炎经验

摘　　要：介绍朱良春治疗痛风性关节炎(浊瘀痹)的经验。浊瘀痹阻是浊瘀痹的主要致病因素,泄化浊瘀、调益脾肾是浊瘀痹的主要治疗原则,痛风汤方是浊瘀痹的专病专方。泄化浊瘀法贯穿疾病治疗始终,从推陈出新、调脾益肾、养阴通络、化痰通络、蠲痹通络5个方面进行阐述,同时总结部分常用经验药对,如马齿苋、败酱草,白术、薏苡仁,黄芪、莪术,半夏、白芥子等。This article introduces ZHU Liangchun＇ s experience in treating urarthritis（ turbid-stasis-Bi syndrome）. Turbid and stasis obstruction is the main pathogenic factor of turbid and stasis Bi-syndrome,so the main therapeutic principles are drain and remove turbid and stasis as well as regulate and boost the spleen and the kidney.The specific formula for this specific disease is Tongfeng Tang（ Gout Decoction,痛风汤）. During the treatment,draining and removing turbid and stasis should always be focused on,as this article states from five aspects,including bringing forth the new through the old,regulating the spleen and boosting the kidney,nourishing Yin and unblocking the collaterals,dispelling phlegm and unblocking the collaterals,as well as eliminating Bi-syndrome and unblocking the collaterals. It also summarizes some common empirical drug pairs,such as Machixian [Portulacae Herba,马齿苋]and Baijiangcao [Patriniae Herba,败酱草],Baizhu [Atractylodis Marocephalae Rhizoma,白术]and Yiyiren [Coicis Semen,薏苡仁],Huangqi [Astragali Radix,黄芪]and Ezhu [Curcumae Rhizoma,莪术]as well as Banxia [Pinelliae Rhizoma,半夏] and Baijiezi [Sinapis Semen,白芥子].
