人际支持在原发性高血压患者治疗中的作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察人际支持在原发性高血压患者的治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月1日～10月31日医院收治的原发性高血压患者87例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为治疗组37例与对照组40例,对照组采用中西药联合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予人际支持干预。比较2组疗效及治疗前后血压。结果治疗组总有效率为97.30%高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组收缩压、舒张压均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压采用人际支持干预能够提升治疗效果,临床治疗有重要意义。Objective To observe the clinical effect of interpersonal support in chronic disease.Methods Selected 87 cases patients with essential hypertension from anuary 1 to October 31,2015,which was randomly divided into treatment group（37 cases） and controlgroup（40 cases）.Control group was treatmented by Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment.Treatment group was treated by interpersonal support interventions,on the base of control group.After treatment,compared the clinical effect and the level of blood pressure in 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of treatment group（97.30%） was higher than that of control group（82.50%）,the difference was statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.The level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of 2 groups before treatment was no statistic significantly（P〉0.05）,The level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of 2 groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistic significantly（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was lower than that of control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Interpersonal support interventions in treatment of chronic disease can improve clinical effect,and has an significantly meaing on the treatment of chronic disease.
