摘　　要：随着免疫抑制剂和化疗药物使用的增加，耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎成为非艾滋病患者群普遍存在的一种机会性感染，且发病率逐年上升，病死率高。另外，随着磺胺类药物的预防性应用，耶氏肺孢子菌出现一定的耐药性。本文就非艾滋病免疫力低下患者中耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎的治疗方案的研究进展进行综述，以期改善此类患者的预后。With the increasing use of immunosuppressive medications and chemotherapeutics, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia （PJP） has become a prevalent opportunistic infection in the non - HIV population. In these patients, the incidence increased year by year and the mortality was high. In addition, Pneumocystis jirovecii appears resistant to prophylactic sulfonamides. In order to improve the prognosis of these patients, this review summarizes research progress on the treatment for PJP in non - HIV immunocompromised patients.
