摘　　要：我国高校中,其就业指导工作对大学生学习成果转化为社会效益有着关键性的作用,也对不断完善高校自身教育系统以及实现整个社会人力资源的合理配置,对于整个社会主义和谐社会的发展,都有着深远的意义。主要针对高校职业就业指导工作的现状,进行问题的总结以及分析,提出相关的职业指导策略,以期不断地促进高校毕业生为社会真正地做出贡献。In China＇s colleges and universities, the employment guidance for college students plays a key role in transforming learning achievements into social benefits, and also has a far-reaching influence on the constant improvement of colleges and universities＇ educational system, the rational allocation of social human resources as a whole and the development of the socialist harmo- nious society. This article mainly aims at the present situation of the employment guidance in colleges and universities, summarizes and analyzes the problems, and proposes relevant employment guidance strategies in order to constantly push college graduates to truly make contributions to the society.
