摘　　要：自互联网金融发展以来,平台跑路、产品违规、忽视风险等事件频繁发生,相关人才的缺乏是其根源性因素。从互联网金融发展的现状入手,总结当前发展所存在与人才相关的问题,分析互联网金融发展所需的各类人才,最后提出了企业培训、学院培养等互联网金融人才培养模式。Since the development of Internet finance in China, events such as the platform runaway, product violation, ignoring the risk have occurred frequently, and the lack of relevant talents is the fundamental factor. From the current situation of Internet finance development, this paper summarizes the current problems related to talent development, analyzes all kinds of talents demanded by the Internet finance development, and finally puts forward Internet financial personnel training modes such as the enterprise training, col- lege cultivation etc.
