摘　　要：目的:建立以人参皂苷Re为内参物,同时测定藤珠胃康颗粒中4个活性成分(人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Ro和竹节参皂苷Ⅳa)的一测多评法。方法:以人参皂苷Re为内参物,建立人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Ro和竹节参皂苷Ⅳa 3个成分相对于人参皂苷Re的相对校正因子。采用外标法测定藤珠胃康颗粒中人参皂苷Re的含量,通过相对校正因子对其他3个成分进行定量分析,并将该方法的测定结果与外标法的测定结果相比较。结果:各成分相对校正因子重现性良好。人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Ro和竹节参皂苷Ⅳa按一测多评方法与外标法测定结果无显著差异。结论:本文建立的方法经方法学验证,可为控制藤珠胃康颗粒的内在质量提供参考。Objective： To establish a new quantitative method for simultaneously determining four bioactive ingredients（ ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Ro,and chikusetsusaponin IVa） in Tengzhu Weikang granules using one chemical reference substance,and to validate its feasibility. Methods： The contents of ginsenoside Re in the samples of Tengzhu Weikang Granules were determined and calculated using the external standard method.With ginsenoside Re as the internal referebce,and the contents of the other three ingredients were calculated by their relative correlation factors. The contents of these three ingredients in all samples were also determined using the external standard method. Results： All the relative correlation factors of ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Ro,and chikusetsusaponin IVa showed good reproducibility within certain ranges. For all the four components,there was no significant difference between the quantitative results of two methods. Conclusion： This method provides a reference for controlling the internal quality of Tengzhu Weikang granules,and is suitable for evaluating the contents of the four main bioactive ingredients in Tengzhu Weikang granules.
