新形势下高校仪器设备的管理问题分析

摘　　要：在科研水平不断提升的当下,大型仪器设备已成为科研发展和学科建设的重要基础资源,仪器的使用、管理和维护水平已成为制约高校发展的重要因素。传统的管理模式在面对日益增加和发展的大型仪器上已显得难以适应,如何对大型仪器进行有效的管理和分类不仅体现了一个学校的管理水平,且影响着学科发展及科研实力的提升。本文对新形势下高校仪器设备管理中的问题进行了分析,提出了改革建议。Large instruments and equipment has become an important basic resources of scientific research development and subject construction in the present of improving scientific research level. The ultilization, manegement and maintenance of instruments was an important factor to restrict the development of colleges or universities. The traditional management mode was difficult to adapt the growing and development of large equipment. The problem of how to carry on the effective management and classification of large instruments not only embodied the management level of a school, but also affected the promotion of subject construction and scientific research. In this paper,the management problem of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities under the new situation are analyzed, and the reform proposals was put forward.
