浅谈高校创新创业教育联盟的机制与功能

摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代需求下,全国各地开始探索、建立高校创新创业教育联盟,积极推动创新创业教育。本文认为,高校创新创业联盟应建立统筹协调机制、信息交流机制、联合共建机制、资源共享机制,积极发挥主导功能、平台功能、智库功能和监督功能,才能使联盟的建立发挥积极的实效。Under the background of vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,all Chinese provinces and regions begin to explore the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education alliance of＂ colleges and universities,and actively promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper argues that the alliance of innovation and entrepreneurship education should establish a coordinated mechanism,information communication mechanism,integrated mechanism,and resource-sharing mechanism,actively function as a leading agency,a platform,a think tank and a supervisor,so that the alliance could play a positive and pragmatic effect.
