摘  要:造纸污泥作为一种工业固体废弃物添加到重金属铬污染的土壤后会对铬形态产生影响,从而起到固定铬的效果。通过土壤培养试验和盆栽试验研究了造纸污泥对土壤中铬形态转化的影响,将造纸污泥添加比例和添加时间作为影响因素,用生物有效性和作物铬吸收量作为定量参数,评价了造纸污泥修复铬污染土壤的效果。结果表明,添加造纸污泥使土壤中碳酸盐结合态铬含量减少,有机结合态和残渣态铬含量增加,说明造纸污泥对土壤中铬起到了固定作用。添加比例为SP3(M污泥∶M土壤=4∶9)时固定效果最佳,固定处理35 d后各形态铬基本达到稳定。添加造纸污泥提高了油菜的干重(地上4.6倍,地下6.5倍),减少了铬在油菜中的吸收和积累,降低了铬对油菜的生物有效性(地上降幅64.55%,地下降幅44.12%)。As a kind of industrial solid waste, paper mill sludge can affect the form of heavy metal after adding to the contaminated soil, such that it has the effect of fixing and repairing on contaminated soil. In this study, morphological study on extraction of paper mill sludge on effect of chromium speciation in soil was carried out, with the paper sludge addition ratio and adding time as factors and biological effectiveness coefficient as quantitative parameters. In the end, the effect of paper mill sludge on chromium contaminated soil was evaluated by pot experiment. The results show that the content of chromium in the soil decreased with the increase of the content of organic bound state and the im~'rease of the content of residual state, which indicated that the sludge had a stabilization effect on the chromium in the soil. The ratio of SP3 (Msludge: Msoil = 4: 9) has the best stabilization effect, and the system was stable after 35 days. The dry weight of rape was increased by the addition of paper sludge (4.6 times above the ground, 6.5 times underground) , which reduced the absorption and accumulation of chromium in rape, and reduced the bioavailability of chromium to rape (64.55% on the ground, 44.12% underground).
