摘 要:对某型工程中的复杂二回路主循环系统钠泵流体动静压混合润滑轴承进行分析。采用流体动静压润滑理论,利用高级旋转机械动力学分析软件包ARMD对该型轴承进行建模和分析,揭示该型轴承相对于传统润滑轴承润滑机制的特殊性,研究不同外载荷、不同转速、不同初始偏心率下钠泵轴承的润滑性能参数及动力学特性参数的演化规律。研究结果表明:外载荷、转速和初始偏心率是影响钠泵轴承润滑性能的重要因素,最大压力、功耗、温升及刚度阻尼系数随外载荷的增大而增大,随初始偏心率增大而略有降低;最小膜厚则反之。该研究为进一步开展钠泵轴承-核主泵转子耦合系统的动力学特性的研究奠定基础。The hydrodynamic lubrication performances of the hydro-hybrid bearing which is lubricated by Na liquid in the two-circuit main loop Na liquid pump system were investigated.Through the hydrodynamic lubrication theory, the Na liquid lubrication bearing was modeled and analyzed using the advanced rotating mechanical dynamics analysis software package ARMD, and the special characteristics of the lubrication mechanism was revealed compared to the traditional oil or water lubricated bearing.For different external loads, different rotating speeds and different initial eccentricity ratios, the lu- brication characteristic parameters and dynamic characteristics of the bearing were studied systematically. Research shows that external load, rotating speed and initial eccentricity ratio are the important factors on lubrication characteristic parame- ters. With the increase of external load and decrease of initial eccentricity ratio, the maximum pressure, power loss, tempera- ture rise and the stiffness and damping coefficients are increased is opposite.The investigation lay solid foundation for the further correspondingly, respectively ; The minimum film thickness study on dynamic characteristics of the Na liquid lubrica- tion bearing-nuclear main pump rotor coupled system.
