摘  要:选取有机硅单体乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷对氟碳树脂进行改性,考察有机硅单体的含量对树脂硬度、耐沾污性以及耐热性能的影响。用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪等对改性树脂的结构、耐热性进行表征,利用测厚仪、硬度计、光学接触角测试仪对改性树脂的应用性能进行表征。结果表明,在一定范围内,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性氟碳树脂使其力学性能和抗沾污性均得到提升,mFC︰mA-171=10︰4时具有最佳的力学性能和抗沾污性。The fluorocarbon resin was modified by vinyltrimethoxysilane. The effect of the content of the silicone monomer on the hardness, the stain resistance and the heat resistance of modified resin was studied. The structure and heat resistance of the modified resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermograviinetric analysis. The application performances of the modified resin were characterized by the thickness gauge, hardness tester and optical contact angle tester. The results showed that the mechanical properties and stain resistance of the modified fluorocarbon resin were improved in a certain range. The modified resin had optimal mechanical properties and stain resistance with the mFC : mA-171 = l0 ; 4.
