诺迪康对大鼠心肌超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究诺迪康对心肌细胞超微结构的影响以探讨该药对心室肌重构的作用与心功能增强的关系。方法 :电镜下观察并摄片分析诺迪康4周灌胃大鼠的心肌组织电镜标本。结果 :中剂量诺迪康能使心肌线粒体明显肿胀 ,肌浆网部分扩张 ;超大剂量诺迪康可使部分心肌肌膜产生破裂 ,线粒体明显增生但肿胀程度不如中剂量组,部分嵴溶解消失甚至形成大泡 ,肌浆网明显扩张 ,部分肌原纤维排列紊乱 ,有溶解现象 ,细胞内及间质可见水肿。结论 :诺迪康可使心室肌重构 ,超大剂量时可致心肌正常结构破坏。Purpose:To explore the effect of rhodiola on myocardial ultramicrostructure and the relationship between myocardial restructure and cardiac function under the drug.Methods:The myocardial ultramicrostructure of rats affected by rhodiola was observed and analyzed under electricmicroscope.Results:The evident expansion of mitochondria and the partial distension of sarcoplasmic reticulum were observed in the group of middle dose of rhodiola.But in the group of excessive dose of rhodiola,the membranes of cardiac cells were broken partially,the mitochondrias were evidently increased and expanded,the sarcoplasmic reticulums were distended remarkably,some myofibrils were arranged irregularly and dissolved,and intracellular and extracellular edema were observed sometimes.Conclusion:The ultramicrostructures of myocardial cells were changed by rhodiola,and in the group of excessive dose of rhodiola,the normal ultramicrostructures of myocardial cells were destroyed.
