摘　　要：目的 探讨粘附分子P选择素的表达在原发性肾小球肾炎患者病理改变中的意义。 方法 采用流式细胞术检测原发性肾小球肾炎患者血浆P选择素表达阳性率 ,并与24h尿蛋白定量作相关分析。结果 34例原发性肾小球肾炎患者血浆P选择素表达阳性率高于正常对照组 (P<0.01)。其中在肾小球细胞明显增生和浸润患者的表达阳性率高于肾小球炎症轻微患者及肾小球硬化病变为主者 (均P<0.01)。且患者P选择素表达阳性率与其24h尿蛋白量呈正相关 (n=34,r=0.325,P<0.05)。 结论Objective To observe the expression of adhesion molecule p-selectin in patients with primary glomerulonephritis and to explore its significance.Methods The expression of platelet p-selectin from peripheral blood was determined with flow cytometry in 34 cases of glomerulonephritis.Results The positive rate of p-selectin was significantly higher in primary glomerulonephritis than that in control group (P<0.01). The positive rate of p-selectin in patients with marked proliferation and infiltration was significantly higher than that in patients with minimal inflammatory cell change and glomerular sclerosis (both P<0.01). And the expression of p-selectin was correlated positively with 24 hr urinary protein excretion (n=34,r=0.325, P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of p-selectin in patients with primary glomerulonephritis can reflect the pathological change and the degree of immune response and inflammation.
