摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加黄芪和锌对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道微生物的影响。试验选用健康状况良好、体质量相近的40日龄青脚麻鸡96只,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复2只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加1%黄芪、30 mg/kg锌及1%黄芪粉+15 mg/kg锌。预试期7 d,正试期40 d。结果表明,日粮单独添加黄芪和锌可促进肉鸡大肠中乳酸杆菌、抑制大肠杆菌增殖(P<0.05),添加黄芪可提高肉鸡ADG及降低F∶G(P<0.05),提高肉鸡血液抗氧化指标T-AOC、GSH-Px及肝脏T-AOC水平(P<0.05),添加锌仅有提高生产性能的趋势,对抗氧化能力没有影响;黄芪和锌联合添加对肉鸡日增重和料重比、抗氧化能力及肠道微生物的影响显著高于单独添加黄芪或锌(P<0.05),并有降低采食量的趋势,提示日粮同时添加黄芪和锌对肉鸡生产性能和健康可能有一定的协同作用。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Astragalus mongholicus and zinc on performance, intestinal microflora numbers and antioxidant ability of broilers. Ninety six healthy Qingjiaoma broilers of 40-day-old were randomly allotted to 4groups with 12 replicates per group and 2 broilers per replicate. The broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, and those in experimental groups were fed the basal diets with 1% Astragalus, 30 mg/kg zinc and 1% Astragalus +15 mg/kg zinc, respectively. The experiment lasted for 40 days followed an adaptation period of 7 days. The results showed that Astragalus and zinc supplemented respectively in diet could promote the proliferation of lactobacilli and inhibit the proliferation of Escherichia coli in large intestine(P0.05); Astragalus could increase ADG and decrease F∶G(P0.05), and improve blood antioxidant indexes T-AOC, GSH-Px and liver T-AOC(P0.05), but the addition of zinc had only a tendency to increase production performance and had no effect on antioxidative activity(P0.05). The combined effects of Astragalus and zinc on the ADG, F∶G, antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora of broilers were significantly higher than those of Astragalus or zinc(P0.05), and the feed intake had a lower tendency(0.05P0.1). It can be concluded that Astragalus and zinc supplemented together in diet may have synergistic effects on the performance and health of broilers.
