脐血中促红细胞生成素、促血小板生成素水平观察

摘　　要：目的 观察脐血中促红细胞生成素 (EPO)及促血小板生成素 (TPO)水平 ,并比较性别之间的差异。方法 用放射免疫法 (RIA法 )及酶标法 (EIA法 )分别测定脐血EPO、TPO水平 ,并与正常成人血清对照。结果EPO水平脐血[(25.22±17.42)mu/ml]高于对照[(7.68±3.89)mu/ml,P<0.01) ,脐血和对照男女性之间EPO水平均无差别 (均P>0.05)。TPO水平脐血[(208.60±114.99)pg/ml]与对照[(182.62±88.91)pg/ml]相近 (t=1.423,P>0.05) ,而对照女性高于男性 (t=4.896,P<0.001),脐血男女之间差别不明显 (t=0.605,P>0.05)。男性脐血与对照TPO水平有差别 (t=3.989,P<0.001) ,女性则无差别 (t=0.060,P>0.05)。结论 足月新生儿脐血中EPO水平高于成人外周血 ,而TPO水平与成人外周血相近。Objective To investigate the gender difference of the erythropoietin(EPO) and thrombopoietin(TPO) levels in fetal umbilical cord blood.Methods The concentration of the EPO by radio_immunoassay and the TPO by ELISA in umbilical cord blood was measured and the results were compared with those in serum of normal adults.Results (1)The EPO levels of cord blood were higher than those in adults[(25.22±17.42)mu/ml vs (7.68±3.89)mu/ml,P<0.001)],there was no significant difference between different gender(P>0.05);(2)The TPO levels of cord blood were similar to those of adults(t=1.423,P>0.05).The femal showed significantly higher TPO levels than the male in the adults(t=4.896,P<0.001);There was no difference between two sexes in the cord blood(t=0.605,P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the TPO levels of male between cord blood and adult serum(t=3.989,P<0.001),but there was no significcant difference in female(t=0.060,P>0.05).Conclusoin High levels of EPO and TPO were detected in umbilical cord blood,which suggests that infusing cord blood or cord blood plasma may have treatment values for the patients with decreased EPO and TPO levels.
