摘 要:为了提高ABS齿圈检测仪测量质量,根据ABS齿圈检测仪测量原理、结构特点及测量过程中产生误差的原因,综合分析了影响ABS齿圈检测仪测量精度的本质因素,针对产生误差的关键问题,开发了一种以空间三维直角坐标系仿射变换原理及最小二乘法曲线拟合原理为核心的实时误差校正方法,该方法可在不降低测量速度的前提下,进行自适应实时误差校正,提高测量精度。同时,根据误差校正原理建立了数学模型,并通过MATLAB 7.10仿真验证了其准确性及可行性。经计算,误差校正后的ABS齿圈检测仪测量重复性和不确定度指标符合预期要求。事实证明该方法能够用于ABS齿圈检测仪系统中,具有很高的实用价值。In order to improve the measurement quality of ABS gear detector, according to the measuring principle, the structure feature and the reason of error produced during measuring, the basic factor influencing the measurement accuracy is analyzed in this paper.And an error correction method based on the principle of least square curve fitting and affine transformation of space rectangular coordinate is developed to solve the key problem of error production, which could improve measuring accuracy without affecting mearing speed.At the same time a mathematical model is built according to the measuring principle.The result of simulation by MATLAB7.10 proves that the error correction method is correct and feasible.The calculation proves that the measurement repeatability and uncertainty of ABS gear detector after error correcting is acceptable.It proves that the error correction method can be used into the ABS gear detecting system, and has high practical value.
