摘　　要：目的优化医嘱执行流程,降低医嘱执行的潜在风险。方法成立医嘱执行质量管理小组,对上报的护理不良事件进行系统分析,对常见医嘱执行问题进行危机值分析,根据分析结果筛选优先控制的问题,并制订针对性干预措施进行改进。结果干预措施实施后,医嘱执行不良事件发生率较之前明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对医嘱执行问题进行针对性干预,可有效避免医嘱执行中的常见问题,保障了患者安全,提高了临床工作效率。Objective To optimize the execution process of doctor＇s orders,and to reduce the potential risk of executing doctor＇s orders.Methods Quality management team of execution of doctor＇s orders was established to systematically analyze the reported nursing adverse events,to analyze the crisis value of common problems of execution of doctor＇s orders,according to the analysis results to screen the problem of priority control,and formulate targeted interventions to improve.Results After interventions was carried out,the incidence of adverse events of execution of doctor＇orders was significantly lower than before （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The targeted interventions of problems in execution of doctor＇s order can effectively avoid the common problems in execution of doctor＇s orders,and can ensure the safety of the patients and improve the efficiency of clinical work.
