摘 要:目的针对呼吸监护病房中突发事件,通过医护合作培训及演练,提高呼吸监护病房医护人员应急能力。方法设置模拟呼吸监护病房突发事件场景,采用医护合作培训,在呼吸监护病房中医生和护士共同参与演练呼吸机突然失火、供氧中断、停电、非计划性拔管等应急事件,通过理论和实践技能考核及医护双向满意度测评、患者满意度评价演练效果。结果演练前后呼吸监护病房医生、护士的急救理论知识和操作考核成绩均提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),医生对护理工作满意度、护士对医生医疗工作满意度、患者对医护人员服务满意度较实施前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论通过医护合作培训及演练应对突发事件,医护人员应急理论知识和急救实践技能、应急及团队合作等综合能力明显提高,医护双向满意度测评及患者满意度显著提高。Objective Through doctor - nurse cooperation emergency drilling aiming at the emergencies in respiratory intensive care unit, to improve their emergency capacity. Methods To set up a simulation scene of emergencies in respiratory intensive care unit,doctors and nurses participated in the emergency drilling, such as the medical ventilator suddenly caught fire, the sudden interruption of oxygen, outage, unplanned extubation and so on. And through the theory and practical skills examination, assessment of the mutual satisfaction of medical personnel and patients'satisfaction to evaluate practice effect. Results The theory scores of emergency procedure, extrathoracic compression, the skill examination of medical ventilator and simple respirator usage had significant difference before and after drilling(P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). After drilling, the scores of mutual satisfaction of medical personnel and patients" satisfaction were improved (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Through doctor - nurse cooperation drilling to response emergencies, their comprehensive ability, such as emergency theory knowledge, practical skills, and team cooperation had significant improvement, as well as the mutual satisfaction of medical personnel and patients" satisfaction.
