摘 要:目的探讨网格化护理管理模式在急危重症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年至2015年19 033例急危重症患者为研究对象,2012年前采用常规护理管理,自2013年采用网格化护理管理模式,包括构建网格化质量控制小组,明确网格小组工作职责,确定危重症患者网格化管理指标及实施网格化管理方案。结果实施网格化管理模式后,急危重症患者护理质量逐年提高,护理不良事件发生率下降,患者满意度提高。结论运用网格化管理模式进行质量控制,实现了扁平化、精细化、高效化、全覆盖的急诊危重症患者管理与护理服务,可以进一步提高急危重症患者护理质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of gridding management pattern in the critical patients nursing.Methods A total of 19 033 emergency and severe disease patients from 2012 to 2015 were recruited.Before 2012,patients received traditional nursing management,while after 2012,patients received gridding nursing management,including establish the gridding quality control team,determined the work contents and targets,and implemented the gridding management.Results After the gridding management,the nursing quality was enhanced and the occurrence of nursing adverse events was reduced gradually.The patients' satisfaction were improved.Conclusion The application of gridding nursing management to control quality,aclieved flatten,refind,efficient,full coverage of gridding nursing management pattern,can further improve the nursing quality of emergency and severe disease patients.
