摘 要:目的比较不同方法提取艾纳香中左旋龙脑的提取效率,并对最优方法进行工艺优化。方法本研究比较了水蒸气蒸馏法(传统提取方法)、超声萃取法及高效高压差低温连续式提取法(HHLSE)对左旋龙脑提取效率的影响,并通过正交试验优化HHLSE提取工艺。结果左旋龙脑的HHLSE提取率高达88%,远高于传统提取方法的效率。此外,正交试验确定HHLSE最佳工艺为:提取溶剂75%乙醇,溶剂倍量1:20,提取压差-0.1~35 Mpa。结论优选的HHLSE提取工艺高效、快速、稳定,为左旋龙脑的工业化生产提供新的技术指导。Objective To compare the extraction methods for L-bomeol from Blumea balsarnifera (L.) DC., and to optimize the extraction conditions for the optimum extraction method. Methods The effects of steam distillation extraction (traditional extraction method), ultrasonic extraction and the high efficiency, high differential pressure and low temperature successive extraction (HHLSE) on yield of L-borneol were investigated. Optimization of the HHLSE was carried out by the orthogonal experiment. Results It was shown that the yield of the HHLSE was about 88 %, and it was far higher than the efficiency of traditional extraction method. In addition, the optimum extraction process wasas follows: the medicinal material was extracted with 20 times of 75 % ethanol, and the extraction pressure was -0.1-35 Mpa. Conclusion The optimum HHLSE process is efficient, fast and stable, which can provide new technical support for industrial production of L-borneol.
