摘　　要：目的研究羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合异甘草素后对异甘草素透皮吸收的影响。方法采用Franz扩散装置,观察异甘草素HP-β-CD包合前后制成软膏中异甘草素的累积透过量和透皮稳态流量(Jss),以此为指标评价羟丙基-β-环糊精包合对异甘草素透皮吸收的影响。结果异甘草素HP-β-CD包合物的累积透过量和透皮稳态流量均高于异甘草素单体。结论 HP-β-CD能促进异甘草素经皮吸收。Objective To study the effect of HP-β-CD inclusion on the transdermal absorption of lsollqumugenm. Methods With the Franz diffusion device, the cumulative penetration and the transcutaneous steady-state flow （Jss） of the ointment prepared from isoliquiritigenin or HP-β-CD inclusion compoud of isoliquiritigenin were determined to evaluate the effect of HP-β-CD inclusion on the transdermal absorption of isoliquiritigenin. Results The cumulative penetration and of HP-β-CD inclusion compound ointment were higher than those of isoliquiritigenin ointment.Conclusion HP-β-CD can promote the transdermal absorption of isoliquiritigenin.
