益气养阴方药治疗肿瘤患者化疗不良反应临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究"益气养阴"方药治疗肿瘤患者化疗不良反应的优势。方法:随机选取60例拟行化疗的胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肠癌患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,其中治疗组予以"一贯煎合香砂六君子汤"加减联合西药升白、止吐、镇静治疗肿瘤患者化疗不良反应。对照组单用西药升白、止吐、镇静治疗肿瘤患者化疗不良反应。治疗组患者从入院第二天起即给予益气养阴汤药内服,化疗过程一直服药,直到整个化疗过程结束。对照组不加用益气养阴汤药内服,化疗标准同治疗组。观察收集化疗过程中的呕吐、纳差、乏力不良反应指标及白细胞、红细胞、血小板的数值,并做好记录。结果:化疗后治疗组患者的化疗耐受性好于对照组,均能顺利完成化疗,且化疗引起的呕吐、纳差、乏力明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:"一贯煎合香砂六君子汤"加减联合西药升白、止吐、镇静可明显改善肿瘤患者化疗所致的呕吐、纳差、乏力不良反应。Objective： To study the advantages of Yiqi Yangyin recipe in treating chemotherapy adverse reactions in patients with cancer. Methods： Sixty patients with gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancer which were ready for chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in each group. Yiguan decoction and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combine with western medicine to increase white blood cells, antiemetic,sedative were used in the treatment group. Western medicine to increase white blood cells, antiemetic, sedative were used only in the control group. The patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Yiqi Yangyin decoction from the second day of admission, and the course of chemotherapy was treated until the entire chemotherapy process was completed. The control group was not treated with Yiqi Yangyin decoction, and the chemotherapy standard was the same as the treatment group. To observe the collection of chemotherapy during vomiting, anorexia, adverse reactions and white blood cells, red blood cells, platelet values, and make a record. Results： The chemoresistance of the chemotherapy group was better than that of the control group, and the chemotherapy-induced vomiting, anorexia and fatigue were significantly less than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Yiguan decoction and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combine with western medicine to increase white blood cells, antiemetic, sedative can obvious improve vomiting, anorexia, fatigue adverse reactions in the tumor patients caused by chemotherapy.
