摘　　要：目的:观察桃红四物汤联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法收集并整理本院骨科行桃红四物汤并联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的患者30例,比较治疗前与治疗后膝关节疼痛、肿胀等症状缓解程度。结果治疗后膝关节功能lysholm评分显著高于治疗前。结论桃红四物汤联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗可以明显提高膝骨关节炎的治疗效果,应用价值高。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 30 cases of knee osteoarthritis were treated with Taohong Siwu decoction combine with sodium hyaluronate in our hospital. The degree of pain and swelling of knee joint before and after treatment were compared. Results： The lysholm score of knee function after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment. Conclusion： Taohong Siwu decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection can significantly improve the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, the application of high value.
