A型肉毒毒素在面部整形美容手术切口愈合中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析A型肉毒毒素在面部整形美容手术切口愈合中的应用效果。方法选取从2013年9月—2014年9月收治98例接受面部整形手术患者,随机分为对照组（49）与观察组（49）,对照组未使用A型肉毒毒素,观察组术中注射A型肉毒毒素,对比两组术后瘢痕颜色、平整度、弹性、宽度。结果本组手术切口一期愈合,未发生感染或者是血肿。与对照组相比,治疗组瘢痕宽度（0.4±0.2）mm、弹性0.2±0.1、平整度0.3±0.1、颜色0.4±0.1,明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论在面部整形美容手术中应用A型肉毒毒素,能减少术后面部切口瘢痕增生变宽,改善远期效果,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze botulinum toxin A in the application of facial plastic surgery incision healing effect. Selection Methods From September 2013 to September 2014 were treated 98 cases of patients with facial plastic surgery,(49)were randomly divided into control group and observation group(49), the control group did not use type A botulinum toxin,intraoperative injection of botulinum toxin A observation group, compared two groups of postoperative scar color, smoothness, elasticity and width. Results The group of a healing incision, no infection or hematoma. Compared with the control group, the treatment group scar width(0.4 ± 0.2) mm, elasticity 0.2±0.1, the flatness of 0.3±0.1, 0.4±0.1 color improved significantly(P <0.05). Conclusions In facial plastic surgery used botulinum toxin, can reduce postoperative facial incision scar hyperplasia wider, improve the long-term outcome, have clinical application value.
