腹腔镜手术治疗小儿肠套叠的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术用于小儿肠套叠的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院2012年11月—2014年11月间收治入院的肠套叠患儿58例,按照随机双盲法原则将其分成研究组和对照组,各29例,对照组实施传统开腹手术,研究组实施腹腔镜手术,术后对比两组患者手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及术后并发症和复发率等情况。结果研究组手术耗时(58.65±26.48)min略长于对照组(52.75±39.46)min,但经统计学分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后肛门排气时间为(4.46±1.19)d,住院时间为(4.15±0.63)d,术中出血量为(20.76±2.48)ml均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率为3.45%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组复发率比较,统计学分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术用于小儿肠套叠治疗,不仅能够降低对患儿造成的创伤,同时还能缩短术后恢复时间,并且术后并发症也较少,安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in pediatric intussusception. Methods58 cases were randomly selected hospital between November 2013 to November 2015 of intussusception in children admitted to hospital, according to randomized double-blind principle will be divided into study group and control group,29 patients in the control group to implement traditional open surgery, the study group laparoscopic surgery, comparing two groups of patients surgery time, postoperative flatus time, blood loss, hospital stay and postoperative complications and recurrence rate and so on. Results The operative time（58.65 ± 26.48） min is slightly longer than the control group（52.75 ± 39.46） min, but by statistical analysis differences non significant（P〉0.05）; study group of postoperative anal exhaust time to（4.46 ± 1.19） d, for the length of time（4.15 ± 0.63） d, intraoperative bleeding（20.76 ± 2.48） m L were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; postoperative complication rate was 3.45%, significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, recurrence rate. Statistical analysis no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of pediatric intussusception, not only can reduce the trauma caused to children, while reducing post-operative recovery time and fewer complications, higher security, it is worth promoting.
