分析个性化护理对晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者负性情绪和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析个性化护理对晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者负性情绪和免疫功能的影响。方法将该院2013年4月—2015年4月收治的74例晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者作为观察对象,各为37例的研究组和对照组分别采用个性化护理和常规护理,并对比两组的负性情绪和免疫功能改善情况。结果研究组的各项负性情绪总评分为(1.46±0.65)分,低于对照组的(2.97±0.47)分,且差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;在免疫功能的改善效果中,研究组的CD+4/CD+8为(1.56±0.44)明显高于对照组的(1.03±0.26),且差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;CD+19、CD+16CD+56分别为9.06±0.14)和(16.22±1.74)优于对照组的(9.68±0.25)和(19.28±2.03),且差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将个性化护理干预应用在晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者的临床治疗上,能有效改善患者的负性情绪的同时,还能提升患者各项免疫功能,值得推广。Objective To analyze the personalized care of patients with advanced breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy negative emotion and immune function. Methods In our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 74 patients with advanced breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy as observed object,each study group and the control group,37 cases were using personalized care and usual care,and compare the two negative mood and immune function groups improve the situation. Results Overall the negative emotion into the study group（1.46±0.65） points,lower than the control group（2.97±0.47）points,and the difference P〈0.05; the effect of improving immune function,the researchers set CD＋4/CD＋8 is significantly higher than（1.56±0.44）,（1.03±0.26）,and the difference P〈0.05;CD＋19,CD＋16CD＋56were（9.06 ±0.14） and（16.22 ±1.74） better than the control group,（9.68 ±0.25） and（19.28 ±2.03）,and the difference P〈0.05. Conclusion Personalized nursing interventions used in clinical treatment of advanced breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy,can effectively improve the patient＇s negative emotions,but also enhance the immune function of the patient,worthy of promotion.
