摘　　要：对体外精子发生进行研究,并构建相应的体外诱导环境,实现在体外环境中形成具有正常功能的精子,对于男科医学领域具有重大科研价值和实际应用意义,同时也为生殖科学技术的发展与进步做出贡献。然而在生物体内精子发生所需的条件十分复杂,并且至今对于精子发生的详细机制尚不明确,从而使精子发生过程在体外条件下实现的难度极大。本文主要针对近年体外精子发生条件的研究进展做一综述。It has great value in scientific study and clinical practice that we do research in spermatogenesis ex vivo,establish the induction conditions and obtain the functional sperm in vitro, which would make contribution to the improvement of reproductive science. However, the conditions needed for spermatogenesis in vivo are so complicated that the detail mechanism of spermatogenesis has not been defined to date. Consequently, it is highly difficult to achieve spermatogenesis in vitro. In this review, the current state and recent advances in the research of the conditions for spermatogenesis in vitro will be reported.
