摘  要:绵紫薯9号是四川省绵阳市农业科学研究院与西南大学通过集团杂交法选育的高花青素紫色甘薯[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.)Burkill]新品种。该品种干物质含量为30.20%,蛋白质含量为1.47%,鲜薯维生素C含量为25.10 mg/100 g,β胡萝卜素含量为0.02 mg/100 g鲜薯,花青素含量为55.97~76.53 mg/100 g鲜薯。该品种具有鲜薯产量高、薯块商品性好、熟食品质优、耐贮藏、抗病性强等特点。2012年通过四川省品种审定委员会审定,2014年通过国家甘薯品种鉴定委员会鉴定。该品种由于具有干物质含量高和花青素含量高等突出特点,受到加工企业青睐,市场应用前景非常广阔。Mianzishu 9,a high anthocyanin purple sweet potato variety,was selected from Mianyang Institution of Agriculture Science and Southwest University by group cross. Its dry matter content of root was 30.2﹪. The nutrition content of each 100 g fresh sweet potato was:the VC content 25.1 mg,the beta carotene content 0.02 mg,and the anthocyanin content between 55.97 mg and 76.53 mg. This variety had the characteristics of high yield, high commodity potato rate, good cooking quality,tolerance to storage, resistance to disease and so on. It was indentified by the National Variety Identification Committee and the Variety Identification Committee of Sichuan Province in 2014 and 2012,respectively. As a high dry matter content and high anthocyanin purple sweet potato variety, Mianzishu 9 was favored by processing enterprises and had a wide market prospect.
