德阳雪茄烟叶化学成分特征与稳定性分析

摘　　要：对四川省德阳市烟区2011-2014年共计696份雪茄烟叶样品实施了常规化学成分检测,进行了年度间化学成分特征比较、化学成分含量分布特点和稳定性分析。结果表明,德阳烟区雪茄烟叶化学成分含量在年度间差异明显,总氮、K_2O年度间平均值差异较小,且年度间稳定性良好;总植物碱年度间平均值差异较小,但稳定性稍差;总糖、还原糖、氯、钾氯比、糖碱比、氮碱比年际间平均值差异大,且稳定性最差。从年份上来看,2014年的综合指标较优于其他年份。A total of 696 cigars tobacco leaf samples were collected in tobacco area of Deyang city during 2011 to 2014 for conventional chemical composition test. The annual characteristics, content distribution characteristics as were as the stability of chemical composition were analyzed and compared. The analysis results show that the annual chemical components of Deyang tobacco was obviously different; the change of annual average content of total nitrogen and K2O among different years is small and has good stability; the difference of annual average total vegetable base among different years is small while the stability is a bit poor; the difference of annual average total sugar, reducing sugar, chloride, potassium chloride ratio, sugar alkali ratio and nitrogen alkali ratio among different years while the stability is the worst. The comprehensive index in year 2014 is better than other years.
