摘　　要：基于对土地利用转型的内涵及特点的分析,指出土地利用转型过程中存在风险。通过对现有研究成果的分析,认为土地利用转型过程中的风险有经济风险、生态风险和社会风险三类。在此基础上,建立了土地利用转型过程中的风险管控四大环节。Based on analyzing the connotation and characteristics of land use transformation, the inevitability of the risk in the process of land use transformation was pointed out. By analyzing the existing research results, it was concluded that there were 3 types of risks in the process of land use transformation： economic risk, ecological risk and social risk. On this basis, the risk control including four main links in the process of land use transformation was established.
