摘　　要：通过系统分析影响小(二)型水库正常运行的诸多因素,利用改进的层次分析法建立层次目标体系,并对各影响因素的权重值进行了评估。最后运用专家打分法对实例小(二)型水库除险加固工程中安全检查所发现的主要问题进行了多层次的综合评估,从而定量化的确定了实例小(二)型水库工程现状的质量等级。By analyzing the factors which affect the normal operation of a small reservoir type Ⅱ,improved Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to establish level target system and evaluate the weight of each factor. Then using expert scoring method for comprehensive evaluation of these problems which was found when checking reinforcement of a small reservoir type Ⅱ,the integrated quality level of the reservoir has been quantitatively defined.
