摘  要:由于传统端承式旋挖桩在设计时存在桩身材料浪费,在施工过程中存在塌孔导致的桩身质量差、断桩及桩底沉渣过厚等问题,通过桩身优化设计,将旋挖桩设计成"扩头桩",并通过在钢筋笼下部设置"积土止落装置"和桩身上部套入波纹管的形式,形成新型旋挖桩结构,可有效解决旋挖桩质量通病,同时对波纹管所承受的荷载进行了理论分析与试验验证,为该新型旋挖桩结构的应用提供了依据。Because of the traditional rotary digging pile end bearing type exists in the design of pile body material. It has wasting a lot of building material,existing in the construction process of hole collapse caused by the poor quality of pile body,breaking pile,and the problem of too thick pile bottom sediment through optimal design of pile,the rotary digging pile design into “expansion head pile”, by setting the “soil stop device” then through the pile into the corrugated tube under the steel bar,i t is formed the new rotary digging pile structure,which can effectively solve the rotary digging pile quality common fault,at the same time of bellows under load has carried on the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, for the application of this new type of rotary digging pile structure provides the basis.
