摘 要:为了解湿热地区过渡季室内热环境情况,以海南地区某大学自然通风建筑为例,采用现场室内外环境参数测试和问卷调查相结合的方式对该类建筑热环境进行了现场研究,应用统计学及建筑热环境分析模型对热感觉、热舒适和湿感觉进行了计算分析,得到实测与按照PMV模型计算热中性标准有效温度分别为24.7℃和25.4℃,受试者的期望温度为26.2℃,实测热中性湿度为64%,80%可接受标准有效温度和操作温度范围分别为19.5~27.9℃和20.1~28.5℃,比ASHRAE Standard 55—2010得到的80%可接受温度范围宽;与该地区夏季和冬季热舒适研究结果比较表明,在没有人为改变室内环境前提下,人对环境的适应性和主观期望随环境动态变化。To understand the indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort in naturally ventilated buildings in transitional season, taking student dormitory in Hainan as an example, a field study and questionnaire survey are conducted in student dormitory in Haikou to study its indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort. Calculation and analysis of thermal sensation, thermal comfort and humidity sensation by using statistical and building thermal environment analysis model. The results show that the measured and predicted thermal neutral temperature are 24. 7 ℃and 25. 4℃ , the preferred temperature is 26. 2 ℃ , the thermal neutral humidity is 6 4% . The acceptable temperature range of 80% subjects is 19. 5 -27. 9 ℃ Respectively,which exceed the limits of the ASHRAE Standard 55- 2010 comfort zone; The comparison with the thermal comfort research result in summer and winter of this region demonstrates that without changing indoor environment artificially ,the adaptability and subjective expectation of human to the environment changes dynamically with the environment.
