图书馆提供3D打印服务的版权问题新探

摘　　要：3D打印服务已成为图书馆提供创新服务的新领域,但同时也面临着诸多版权问题,诸如3D打印涉及诸多侵权风险,图书馆网站版权制度尚不完善,合理使用制度抗辩作用式微,图书馆基于帮助行为会面临间接侵权风险等法律问题。建立规范化的图书馆网站版权声明制度是解决该问题的首要举措,其次是采用技术手段规避侵权风险以及使用有利的法律原则与条款免除责任。3D printing service has become a new area for library to provide innovative services, but it is alsofaced with a lot of copyright issues, such as a lot of infringement risks of 3D printing, imperfect library website copy-right system, poor performance in the reasonable use of the system to defend, the risk of indirect infringement based on help behavior and other legal issues. The establishment of a standardized library website copyright notice system is the primary measure to solve the problem, followed by the use of technical means to avoid the infringement risk and the use of favorable legal principles and terms to be exempt from liability.
