摘　　要：在全民建设学习型社会的大环境下,重视和加强高校图书馆阅读推广人的培育工作,积极探索高校阅读推广人培育的模式与方法是促使高校阅读推广工作走向专业化的标志之一。本文概述了高校阅读人的培育现状并以陕西科技大学图书馆阅读推广中心相关培育行动为例,研究和探讨了阅读推广人培育的形式、内容及一系列的实践方法,对今后高校阅读推广人培育提出了建议和意见。Under the circumstances of the national construction of learning society, it is the sign of the profes-sionalization of reading promotion to strengthen and explore the mode and method the cultivation of reading promoters. This article summarizes the status of the cultivation of reading promoters in universities and taking the reading promotion center of Shanxi University of Science and Technology as an example,studies and explores the form,content and practice in cultivation of reading promoters for the hope of some enlightenment and reference to the cultivation of read-ing promoters in universities.
