摘 要:根据可逆加成断裂链/链转移(RAFT)细乳液聚合法制备包裹有荧光指示剂的纳米聚合物胶囊,并将该纳米聚合物胶囊制备成氧敏荧光膜应用于溶解氧传感器中,结果表明:该溶解氧传感器具有良好的可逆性、重复性,响应时间13.5 s,灵敏度为2.35。其工作曲线呈非线性,相关系数R^2=0.999,符合非均相系统的"two-site"模型。其检测极限为0.21 mg/L(n=10),在0.21~8.96 mg/L范围内可以很好地检测溶解氧含量。A oxygen sensitive fluorescent nanocapsule was synthesized via interfacial confined reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer ( RAFT) miniemulsion polymerization. The oxygen sensitive film was prepared with the nanocapusles and applied in a dissolved oxygen sensor to testing the oxygen sensing per-formance. The results showed that the dissolved oxygen sensor possessed excellent performance with full re-versibility and repeatability, fast response time (13.5 s), good sensitivity (2.35). Its work curve was nonlinear and conform to the two-site model( R2=0.999) which applies to the heterogeneous systems. The limit of detec-tion of the dissolved oxygen sensor was 0.21 mg/ L( n=10) and it could work well in 0.21-8.96 mg/ L.
