摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+冰乙酸水溶液(p H=3.0,体积比55+45)为流动相,经C18色谱柱分离,在280 nm波长下对24%氰霜唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:氰霜唑和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998,变异系数分别为0.95%和0.37%,平均回收率分别为99.28%和99.23%。A method was established for determination of cyazofamid + azoxystrobin 24% suspending a-gent by high performance l iquid chromatography (HPLC) on C18 column with UV at 280 nm$ using acetoni-trile + acetic acid aqueous solution (pH=3.0, volume ratio of 55+45). The results showed that the linear cor-relation coefficients of cyazofamid and azoxystrobin were 0.9999 and 0.9998 % the variation coefficient were 0.95% and 0.37%, the average recoveries were 99.28% and 99.23%.
