国企改制型社区居家养老服务的悖论探析——以湖北省赤壁市T社区为个案

摘　　要：在中国当前老龄化的社会语境下,社区居家养老成为一股新兴的力量出现在养老服务市场。社区居家养老既保留了传统家庭养老的特点,又结合专业化的养老机构,是未来养老服务市场上一股不可逆转的趋势。本文以社区居家养老服务这一当下热点为背景,将研究对象放在国企改制型社区的微观场域,并以T社区居家养老服务作为个案,进一步剖析这一特殊情境下社区居家养老服务存在的悖论,进而提出切实可行的对策建议,为增强这一方面理论研究的厚度做一次尝试。In the current context of Chinas aging society,the community service for home care of elderly has become an emerging force in the pension services market. The community service for home care of elderly not only retains the characteristics of the traditional family pension,but also combines with specialized pension institutions, it is an irreversible trend in the future of the pension services market. This paper treats the community service for home care of elderly as the background, tries to study the community of the restructuring of state - owned enterprises in the micro - field, and to serve the T community home care as the case, further analysis the paradoxes which exist in the community service for home care of elderly, especially in this situation. Then this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions, and strives to fill the gaps in theoretical research.
