谢星焕活用黄芪建中汤的临床经验

摘　　要：通过对《谢映庐得心集医案》中应用黄芪建中汤的医案进行分析,发现其主要治疗经验有:1)泄泻不食,补土制木;2)潮热下利,建运中州;3)潮热腹痛,散寒补虚。Through the analysis of the medical records of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in X IE Ying-lu Dexin Collection o f Medical Case Records, the clinical experience of which can be found as the followings： 1）When people do not eat food because of the diarrhea, it can supporting earth to restrict wood. 2）When people suffer from hot flushes and diarrhea, it can build the central plains to restore vitality. 3）When people appear hot flashes of abdominal pain symptom, it can choose the treatment of cold-dispelling and tonic decoction.
